What should I do if my order has not arrived in perfect condition?


If an item from your order has not been delivered in perfect condition, you can of course return it to us. This includes, for example, if you have received the wrong item, the item is defective, or parts of the item are missing from the package.

Required information:

1. Please provide us with the relevant order number.
2. In the event of damage or defects, please send us clear photos. In the case of incorrectly delivered items, we require photos of the item label with the item number.
3. Briefly describe the nature of the complaint.
