The following payment methods are available:

We accept MasterCard, American Express, and Visa.
By PayPal
Fast and secure. PayPal account required.
By prepayment
You pay the total amount by bank transfer. With this payment method, we grant you a 1.25% discount.
By purchase on account
Here you can choose between PayPal or Klarna.
You pay the total amount directly to the respective provider within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Purchase on account for authorities and breweries
We are also happy to offer you purchase on account. Please send us an email to take advantage of this option.
Purchase on account is provided by our partners PayPal and Klarna and is available for orders up to a maximum value of €5,000. In addition, our partners may not be able to offer you purchase on account due to certain criteria that could not be met.
The exchange of goods is excluded. In the event of a complaint, please send us an email. You can find out exactly how to do this under “Complaints” at the bottom of the website.
We generally deliver all furniture and large appliances via freight forwarding.
Only smaller products such as tableware and accessories are shipped via FedEx.
You can only order fabric samples if there's a “Order fabric sample” button on the product page. For all other products, it's not possible to order samples.
For furniture orders under $500 net, we unfortunately have to charge a surcharge for small orders.
Some products in our range can be reserved or delivered at a later date. Please contact our customer service team by email or phone and provide the relevant item number. Our team will be happy to check whether this is possible.
The product description explicitly states when a product is suitable for outdoor use.
The fastest possible delivery time is always specified in the product description.
The exact date will be displayed in the shipment tracking.
PLEASE NOTE: For deliveries via Freight, the shipping company will arrange a delivery date with you by telephone; no delivery will take place before this date.
